Work it
Last night was the first time I’ve finally dragged my ass to the gym since the wedding. Which was a month ago. I’ve been enjoying married life and need to get back into the eating healthy and working out thing!
Wasn’t sure how much I was going to be able to do without my body going into shock. I went on the treadmill, put it on for 30 minutes, walked for 2, ran for 26 then ran for 2. Sure it was only at 5 mph but hey I ran the whole time! Not bad for not doing anything for over a month. After that I did some arms, lunges, squats, crunches, and planks. Then I did a 15 minute cool down on the bike.
My body hurts today, but it’s a good feeling :)
