Dukaning
So as I mentioned, for the next two months and 7 days I’ll be doing the Dukan Diet. Today is day 2. Here’s what my food looks like for today. I’ll do the attack phase probably until Saturday then start the cruise phase where I bring in veggies.
Breakfast:
Plain chobani yogurt
1.5 tbsp of oat bran
Snack:
slices of turkey breast
Lunch:
5 turkey meatballs
Snack:
2 boiled egg whites
Dinner:
2 turkey burgers (no bread just the burgers)
I didn’t sleep well last night, it was miserable. Hopefully I’ll have some energy after work to drag my ass to the gym. Need to keep running for the 5k!
