My next 5k is exactly one month away! St. Patricks day too. I have been doing the c25k to get back into running shape. Today I’ll finish week 4. So half way there. The course is super flat and a ton of our friends are doing it and placing bets, etc. I just want to run the whole time, I’m not trying to beat anyone! Too much pressure. I’ll just go at my own pace and be comfortable. Let’s just hope by then I’m ready to run the whole time.
