OK!
I am back. I’ve been busy with work, side business, working out and this wedding I haven’t been able to think much about what to post. Even though I’ve been going to the gym 3-4 days a week and kicking my ass, I haven’t lost a pound. So I didn’t really feel like I had much to post about. While I’m proud of the workouts and effort in the gym, I’m just disappointed I’m not seeing any results. With the wedding a little over two months away, I’m beginning to get nervous.
So my next plan of attack is to do the Dukan diet for the next 2 months, also not have any alcohol the entire month of April (except marathon Monday, the best day ever in Boston). Between the wedding and the honeymoon, we’re going to be drinking and eating plenty, so I’m going to just steer clear of the booze.
I started the Dukan diet once and had amazing results in the Attack Phase, then I just stopped. Not going to be the case. I’m starting on Monday. I have my first bridal shower this weekend which I am very much looking forward to, so I didn’t want to start until after the celebration.
So yeah, that’s the new plan, kicking ass on the Dukan Diet. I’m going to keep doing the same stuff at the gym, and we’ll see what happens. I promise to be good and keep up on this again, and track my progress on the DD with you all.
