WIW
So this is my first weigh in for Weight Watchers. I originally should have done Mondays but I can’t do weigh in on Mondays. My weight fluctuates so much on the weekends, I feel like Wednesdays my weight finally evens out.
Start of WW (day after NY day so holiday weight): 132 lb
Week 1: 128.4
Difference: -3.6 lb
I’ll take it. I know a lot of it was probably just bloating from the holidays. But next week will be the real test. Been busting ass at the gym and eating 100% on track all week. Mike has been amazing helping me in the gym, learn new things and switch up my routine. I can sit in the gym for hours and just keep doing cardio and take my time. But when I go with him we get an amazing workout in and out in an hour. Cardio and total body workout. I can’t believe how sore I am still. But it hasn’t stopped me from going. Just gotta keep this up and hopefully I will look good on the wedding day!
Last night I was doing ab stuff on the ball at the apartment and he kept saying “keep thinking about that dress!”, what a good motivator haha.
