Day 3 of diet: check in
So I haven’t cheated ONCE on my diet. But it is only day three. I know I have to be insanely good during the week because I’m going to NYC this weekend to meet up with the fam and it includes lots of drinking. That will be my cheat day. I am however getting very sick of chicken. Just plain chicken. I’ve had it for lunch everyday and even for dinner last night. I’ll keep having it for lunch, but need to switch up the dinner. I think I might treat myself to some scallops for dinner tonight, with a little lemon? Sounds delicious, and it’s a lean meat.
Everythings going well though, even Mike is sticking to it. The only thing I haven’t done this week is work out. Haven’t been feeling well and in some pain. I’m hoping to go tonight. Just have to get my bum there!
Time for my string cheese!
