Dinner!
Last night Mike and I had some stir fry for dinner. Since we’re trying to be as strict as possible with proteins, fruits and veggies. Maybe I am being more strict than he is….
So last night I prepped all the veggies, and cooked up this dish! I figured for a little flavor add in some teriyaki! For vegetables we used mushrooms, red and green peppers, red onion and snow peas. For proteins I used shrimp and chicken.
