New Game Plan
So today marks the 5 month mark until the wedding. That’s not that far away!! While I have gotten back into the gym, my diet hasn’t really changed much. So I came up with a plan for Mike and I. We’re going to just eat lean meats, vegetables and fruits. Trying to stay away from carbs, only the natural carbs found in fruits, etc. Also trying to stay away from preservatives as much as possible.
Yesterday we went to the grocery store and loaded up! We got lots of chicken, chicken sausages, lean turkey burgers and tons of fruits and veggies. I cooked up all the chicken last night so I can bring it for lunch (I cut each breast in half for lunch) and then nights for dinner!

I also got lots of things I thought would make our meals a bit more interesting, like spinach, mushrooms, and tonight we’re doing a stir-fry of chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, onions, red and green peppers and snow peas with teriyaki sauce. I’m really looking forward to that!
I boiled up all the eggs last night too. Let’s hope this works!

My food today consists of:
Yogurt and 1/4 cup of frozen berries for breakfast
Apple and a string cheese for 10:30 snack
Grilled chicken breast and carrots for lunch
2 egg whites and 2 clementines for a 4 o’clock snack
Stir fry for dinner
