Dukaning
So as I mentioned, for the next two months and 7 days I’ll be doing the Dukan Diet. Today is day 2. Here’s what my food looks like for today. I’ll do the attack phase probably until Saturday then start the cruise phase where I bring in veggies.
Breakfast:
Plain chobani yogurt
1.5 tbsp of oat bran
Snack:
slices of turkey breast
Lunch:
5 turkey meatballs
Snack:
2 boiled...

My next 5k is exactly one month away! St. Patricks day too. I have been doing the c25k to get back into running shape. Today I’ll finish week 4. So half way there. The course is super flat and a ton of our friends are doing it and placing bets, etc. I just want to run the whole time, I’m not trying to beat anyone! Too much pressure. I’ll just go at my own pace and be comfortable....

I am back. I’ve been busy with work, side business, working out and this wedding I haven’t been able to think much about what to post. Even though I’ve been going to the gym 3-4 days a week and kicking my ass, I haven’t lost a pound. So I didn’t really feel like I had much to post about.
