I forgot my lunch bag that contained all of my days planned foods. Including breakfast so I am currently starving. It was 4 degrees out this morning. My toes are still not defrosted. Snow
The snow is coming and tomorrow looks to what might be a snow day or “work from home” day. Gameplan: do tons of workout videos on TV! Sounds fun to me. of 2011. I did the elliptical for 35 minutes, ran a mile, walked on an incline for 8 minutes.
